OVERVIEW
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from A Notch Above Media & Publishing through their site, www.ultimatedraftingseries.com (the “Site”).

SECTION 2 – CREATION OF USER ACCOUNTS
During the registration process for the creation of a User Account on the Website, the User shall be solely responsible in all respects for all use of the Website using his/her ID and Password, as well as for using these in good faith and maintaining the confidentiality thereof.
A Notch Above Media & Publishing may refuse to grant an ID and Password that it suspects impersonate or attempt to impersonate the identity of another person, that may be protected by trademark or other laws relating to property rights, that are vulgar or otherwise offensive, or for any other reason it considers appropriate.
Only one single user may access the Website at the same time using the same ID and password, with simultaneous access under the same ID prohibited. The User agrees to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of his/her email address, ID and Password or any other breach of security of which the User has knowledge.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the required data or the data you provide us separately to regularly send you our email-newsletter with your consent.
